Anosike signs with iLab, heads back to Turkey

Seasoned veteran OD Anosike will take his talents back to familiar territory as he recently agreed to a one-year contract with Istanbul’s iLab Basketball in Turkey. The team will compete in the country’s TBL, their second-tier division.

“I’m excited to be back in Turkey” said Anosike. “Turkey has always been good to me, I feel at home here. I’m looking forward to the challenge. We have a young group with a lot to prove, we hope to make all of our supporters proud this season. I want to thank iLab for giving me the opportunity to represent their club”.

This season marks Anosike’s 13th as a professional, with stops in countries including Italy, Spain, France, and South Korea. Anosike is coming off a solid campaign in Turkey’s TBL during the 2024-25 season, as he nearly averaged a double-double for Gaziantep. Anosike and his new teammates will begin their season in mid-September.
