Double-double for Anosike, Le Portel takes down Chalons-Reims
Le Portel picked up a much-needed win in a 83-81 victory over Chalons-Reims on Friday night. O.D. Anosike led the charge with a monster performance of 22 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals and 1 block (35 evaluation).
“At this point of the year, the emphasis has to be on playing our best basketball every time we step on the floor” said Anosike. “I was fortunate enough to find my rhythm offensively early in the game. Collectively, we played solid defense down the stretch and it helped us secure the win”.
Le Portel is back in action on May 7 in a road matchup against Fos.
