NAADD Announces 2025-26 Earl Edwards Inclusive Development Program Participants
CLEVELAND – The National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD) is proud to announce the participants selected for the 2025-26 Earl Edwards Inclusive Development Program. This initiative is designed to foster professional growth and create pathways for underrepresented groups within the athletics development profession, continuing Earl Edwards’ legacy of leadership and inclusion. “The Earl Edwards Inclusive Development Program represents a critical step in creating opportunities for diverse voices within athletics development” said Grant Kelly, NAADD President and Senior Associate AD and Executive Director of Development at Johns Hopkins University. “These talented individuals embody the future of our profession, and NAADD is committed to providing them with the tools, mentorship, and network to thrive. We are proud to honor Earl Edwards’ legacy by investing in the next generation of leaders.”The program will begin in January 2026 providing participants with mentorship, networking opportunities, and professional development resources to prepare them for leadership roles

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — O.D. Anosike stood at midcourt, by himself, and you could almost see him taking a stroll down memory lane. Staten Island HS boys’ hoops: O.D. Anosike to join elite company — St. Peter’s to retire No. 55 jersey
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — St. Peter’s will retire former star center O.D. Anosike’s jersey number during a game against St. Joseph by-the-Sea on Thursday. Game time is 7 p.m. Anosike, a three-year varsity player between 2007-09, not only succeeded during his playing days with the Eagles, but during college and professionally as well. He becomes only the sixth SP hoopster to have his number retired. His No. 55 will join Bill Murtha (No. 17, class of 1962), John Engles (No. 41, class of 1972), Mike Fiore (No. 40, class of 1972), Greg Pedro (No. 21, class of 1983) and Andrew Wisniewski (No. 4, class of 1999) on the New Brighton school’s gymnasium wall. Anosike’s double-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award
32-year old NGR-USAn power forward O.D. Anosike (203-F/C-1991) had a very impressive game in the last round for Mahram Tehran and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 10. He had a double-double of 21 points and 14 rebounds, while his team outclassed Raad (#11, 1-9) with 28-point margin 92-64. Mahram maintains the 4th position in Iranian league. They would have been even better if they hadn’t lost a few games earlier this season. Mahram will need more victories to improve their 6-4 record. Anosike turned to be Mahram’s top player in his first season with the team. Siena College graduate has very impressive stats this year. Anosike is in league’s top in rebounds (2nd best: 10.4rpg) and averages solid 54.2% FGP. Second best performed player last round was Parrish Petty (185-PG-1988). He is American-Guinea-Bissau guard in his first season at Mahram. In the last game Petty recorded impressive 25 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists. Of course together with Anosike he helped
Youth basketball: Ex-St. Peter’s hoops star OD Anosike giving back through his own camp
To OD Anosike, his basketball life has come full circle. It wasn’t too long ago that the former St. Peter’s and Siena College hoops star found himself at various camps and clinics as he looked to learn the finer points of the game he loves. Now, the 30-year-old Anosike, who recently completed his eighth season professionally, wants to give back to the Staten Island community through the OD Anosike Basketball Academy.
